As contractingcompany to many main Telecom service providers based in Sydney, Melbourne andBrisbane, we have been growing fast by keeping in mind that customer'ssatisfaction is our No.1 priority. Our goal is to provide the highest qualityof services with total customer satisfactions and to establish and maintainstrong relationships with our customer base.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Performing telecommunication services installation and troubleshooting.Provide field technical support to customers efficiently. Deliver two to sixteen wire services from network boundary to customer sockets. Conduct equipment and system level Service Delivery/Assurance activities in the field with satisfaction from customers. Carry out internal cabling jobs.Some other types of telecom jobs like faults finding, survey, equipment test etc.
What weare looking for: Responsible and reliable. Ability to solve problems and to think on your own feetHave Austel license and green card preferredHave own vehicleProven ability in working in an operational network assurance and acceptance environmentMust enjoy being out on the road and performing jobsMust be excellent communicators and enjoy dealing with the public;Can take some tough jobs and even work long time with right attitude
