<p align="left"><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p align="left">We are looking for a motivated and driven assistant to join out team at Time Home Loans on a part time basis.The successful candidate will contribute to a growing and Award winning team of Brokers providing client services that are second to none.</p><p align="left">The part time hours for this position will be Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm (perfect for the school drop off and pick up!). Salary will base on experience.</p>
<p align="left"><strong>Duties</strong></p><p align="left">· High level efficient and effective administrative support</p><p align="left">· Intensive and accurate data entry</p><p align="left">· Exceptional diary management</p><p align="left">· Excellent client management</p><p align="left">· Maintenance of referral relationships</p>
<p align="left"><strong>The successful candidate will have:</strong></p>
<p align="left">· Experience as a Personal Assistant would be advantageous</p><p align="left">· Exceptionaltime management skills and the ability to prioritise</p><p align="left">· Great organisational skills</p><p align="left">· Proficient computer skills with the ability to pick up systems quickly</p><p align="left">· Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written</p><p align="left">· An ability to work independently as well as part of a team</p><p align="left">· Have the motivation to build and develop your skills</p>
