无油可可戚风蛋糕

font-size: 16px; width: 320px; height: 241px;"/></center></p><p>13、取三分之一的蛋白放入可可蛋黄糊中,搅拌均匀,这时不要划圈搅拌,要轻轻的翻拌,将蛋白与面糊混合均匀。</p><p>14、再倒入余下的蛋白中,再轻轻翻拌,动作要快而轻,将面糊拌均匀。烤箱预热上下火140度。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201605/31/14646966597180.jpg" style="width: 320px; font-size: 16px; width: 320px; height: 241px;"/></center></p><p>15、将拌好的面糊倒入模具中,在桌面上震几下。我用的六寸的活底模具。烤箱预热完成时,将模具放入烤箱中,上下火140度,烤制45分钟即可。</p><p>16、烤好的蛋糕出炉后要在桌子上摔两下,让里面的空气跑出来,然后倒扣晾凉就可以切块了。</p><p>小提示:可可粉含有油脂。很容易消泡的,所以翻拌时要快而轻,将面糊拌均即可入烤箱烘烤。各家烤箱温度不同,根据各自的烤箱特性设置。我用的是六寸的活底模具。</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
