1. 良好普通話/粵語及英語能力;

11. 有銷售經驗者優先

房產投資顧問需執行下列職務:

1. 為購房者提供諮詢, 解釋銷售條款及細則;

2. 評估買家的需求和定位為他們作出房產投資規劃;

3. 為客戶安排貸款, 購房條例法律諮詢;

4. 參與公司安排的投資講座及營銷活動;

5. 參與公司安排的內部訓練;

6. 其他公司安排的工作

Due to the growth of our company we are seeking the real estate representative to join our team. Such position is available for a target focused and result driven individual. It is critical that you will have to possess the following criteria.

To be considered for this role you will have:

Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Have a bright, friendly personality combined and self-motivated

Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Must be able to work under pressure

An ability to work autonomously and within a close team

Be hardworking and tenacious

Impeccable professional standard and attention to detail

Sales experience preferred, but not essential

Driver License and Reliable vehicle preferred

Mandarin would be an advantage

In addition, the associate should also demonstrate the following duties:

Advising buyers on the merits of properties and businesses and the terms of sale

Cataloguing and detailing land, buildings and businesses for sale or lease and arranging advertising

Assessing buyers' needs and locating properties and businesses for their consideration

Developing and implementing business plans, budgets, policies and procedures for the agency may arrange finance, land brokerage, conveyancing and maintenance of premises
