                                                <p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;萌猫嬉鱼:夏日午后的鱼塘里,悠闲的鱼儿们在自由自在的畅游,个个摇摆着飘逸如纱的大尾巴,宛如水中仙子。突然一群萌猫发现了鱼儿,围观过来~~~</p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/blog/2016/07/16/14686513597315.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>制作步骤:</p><p>绿豆:200克</p><p>糯米粉:50克</p><p>吉利丁粉:60克</p><p>可可粉:适量</p><p>红火龙果汁:20克</p><p>糖粉:30克</p><p>澄粉:110克</p><p>开水:30克</p><p>矿泉水:550毫升</p><p>果味粉(蓝莓):适量</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><center><img title="DSC02204.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/blog/2016/07/16/14686511058068.jpg"/></center></p><p>果冻制作:矿泉水一瓶,分成三份,取一份水里倒入20克吉利丁粉。(一瓶550毫升矿泉水,共用了60克吉利丁粉)</p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC02207.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/blog/2016/07/16/14686511086956.jpg"/></center></p><p>另一半水里倒入适量蓝莓果味粉调色,加入适量白糖。蒸锅水开后关火,然后放入充分融化。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/blog/2016/07/16/14686530373869.jpg"/></center></p><p>萌猫嬉鱼~~~</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>小窍门:</p><p>用开水烫面的时候不要一下倒太多,因为还要加红果汁呢,避免面团过软。煮过的面团再和生面团混合有韧性更易造型。小金鱼含有糖不需包馅料了,因为太小,皮易破就不能造型了。制作过程手涂抹食用油防沾。果味粉看颜色适量添加,不要加太多哦。小猫部分可加入可可粉做成颜色深浅不一的两个面团,相互搭配做成小花猫。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
