We are well known for our quality auto mechanical services and looking for a  qualified Motor Mechanic for a full time position in our company located in Sydney,  NSW.

Job Responsibilities

• Controlling Store Results – labour, food cost etc
• Operating store according to Subway Corporate Standards
• Employee discipline & counseling
• Motivating and communicating to staff
• Maintaining high staff morale and positive workplace atmosphere
• Implementing incentive and staff recognition programs

Essential Criteria

- Diploma of business or related diploma OR at least 1 year experience in customer service area - IELTS 5 or 6

Benefits

• A salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 (including bonus) based on experience and performance
