• Provides Administration support to Sales Team (quotations, enquiries)
• Submitting and receiving Special Pricing/Product requests
• Generating Quotations
• Maintaining databases - projects, adjustments, feedback, etc.
• General office duties (filing, copying, mail outs, reports)
• Special ad-hoc projects
• Trade Counter and Phone sales
• Processing customer orders - phone, fax, counter
• Provide information regarding pricing and products to customers
