工作内容:
-数据整理以及登记更新 - Data Entry-初判与初审售后案件 - Case analysis-对接联系人收集所需资料 - Contact with relevant personnel-联系与安排电工 - Arrange and book with installer/electrician-及时问题与进度反馈 - case feedback and tracking-配合部门经理处理案件审批 - provide assistant to the department manager
基本要求:- customer service experience- speak fluent english- moderate level in computing and familiar with MS office suite
