Role and Responsibilities:

-A background in Construction/Building or Civil Engineering

-At least has 3 years experience as a Site Foreman on high end homes or apartments

-Experience supervising trades and running jobs from start to finish.

-Time management and organisational skills

-Occasional 'hands-on' duties

-Excellent organisational and communication skill

-Co-ordination of sub contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.

-Liaison with Project Manager ensuring successful delivery of projects to schedule

-Management of the construction program along with the Project Manager and Construction Manager

-Ability to lead and performance manage team to ensure the works on site remain within budget and on schedule.

-Keep full site documentation of all day to day activities on-site

-A full driving license.
