Lawyer/Registered Migration Agent ($50k - $56k p.a. + Super)

The successful applicant will be mentoredby a highly experienced lawyer and Registered Migration Agent and will enjoyworking within a supportive team who thrive on helping a wide range of clients.For this role you will have:

• MARA Registration

• Migration experience in employer sponsored457, ENS, Skilled Independent, State Sponsored visas, Student and FamilyStreams

• Excellent communication and administrationskills

• Adherence to the OMARA Code of Conduct.

• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritizeworkload

• Liaise extensively with both theDepartment and the AAT

• Advising clients about the status ofcases.

• Case and File Management in accordancewith company procedures.

Paralegal/Legal Secretary ($40k- $45k p.a. + Super)

This is an excellent career opportunityfor you as you look to grow your career as a legal secretary and/orparalegal. For this position you will:

• understand the basics of Excel, Word,email and data entry

• offer admin / legal secretarial orparalegal experience within the area of immigration law

• Undertake general administration taskssuch as answering phones, filing documents, arranging appointments, advisingclients, file management and a high level of organization with excellentcommunication skills.
