We are seeking full timereceptionist for our office based in Strathfield. This is a maternity reliefposition with the possibility of ongoing employment.

Responsibilities:

Front desk Duties

Meet and greet customer onarrival

Telephone duties ofincoming calls & direct calls to customer

General office dutiesincluding photocopying, filing, opening & distributing mails

Other administrative tasksas directed by managers.

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese& English

Computer literacy and knowledgeof Microsoft office

Honest, Reliable &excellent manners & good communication skills

Previous reception/customerservice experience is preferable

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am –5pm
