Project manager assistantin a real-estate developer company

The Position:
This position involves both real-estate project development and officeAdministration duties for a start-up property development company.
You will be placed in Olympic Park, and this is a full-time position Monday toFriday with standard annual leave and sick leave entitlements.
If you have working experience in real-estate development process, you shouldbe able to handle this job easily.
You will have worked through the entire project life cycle from concept,design, DA application and construction through to handover.

The Duties:

· Collaborate and liaisewith a diverse group of consultants, agents, and stakeholders to achieve thebest business outcome and support the development of the project.

· Assist in managing theoverall development programme ensuring key project milestones are achieved andaccurately communicating any potential programme delays to the management team.

· Assisting the team tomanage the design consultants in producing Approved for Tender and Approved forConstruction documentation.

· · Preparing meeting minutesand report to management team.

· · Setting up an efficientfiling system and maintaining.

· · Assisting with varioustasks

· · Database management

· · General AdministrationOffice duties

Your Skills:

· Familiar with real-estateproject development process will be highly regarded
· Excellent Filing skill isnecessary
· Exceptional attention todetail is paramount
· Solid skills in word.Advanced skills in Excel.
· Solid written &verbal communication skills in both English/Mandarin
· Being able to translatebetween English and Chinese

Your Qualification:

· Bachelor degree or upper

· We aim to focus onproperty development in the greater Sydney metropolitan area and grow toconstructing approximately 1000 home sites/land sub-division/townhouse units inthe future.

· Our strategy is tocommence its operations with residential land subdivision/townhouse in theSydney Northwest area through 2017, while securing DA application andconstruction of development sites and further residential land subdivisionsduring this time.
