标题: 我的无犯罪记录怎么办啊？ [打印本页] 作者: a851593029 时间: 2015-6-28 23:14 标题: 我的无犯罪记录怎么办啊？ 我原先在香港工作，居住过一段时间，大约几年吧，申请PR的时候办理过香港的无犯罪记录，因当时人就在香港，也有那里的临时身份证。后来离开了香港，原先的身份证也作废了。现在打算申请入籍，根据规定，凡居住过若干月份以上的国家和地区都要提供当地的无犯罪记录。问题是，我自移民澳洲以后就没有再在香港居住过，只在中国和澳洲之间往来居住，那我还需要再办理成为PR以前居住过地方的无犯罪记录吗？就是说我还要再回香港办理那里的无犯罪记录吗？我已没有香港身份证，恐怕香港警察很难再给我出具无犯罪记录了。请各位前辈给以指点，多谢！作者: juycehua 时间: 2015-6-29 09:58
For HK police check, you will need a fingerprint taken by Australian police....which state are you in? better not in Victoria...
no matter you have HK ID or not, you can get HK police check anyway...don't need to go back, just fill in the application, around $185 HK dollar, and your fingerprint form....mail back to HK government and they will mail your police check to immigration directly~~作者: 乖呢 时间: 2015-6-29 11:59

NSW is good~~~you can go to local police station, tell them you need to do fingerprint for HK police, they will have the form and they will assist you to get your fingerprint...took around 10-15 minutes....
you can pay HK government by cheque or credit card I think....check on their website:

You will need to provide original penal clearance certificates from overseas countries if, :
•you lived or travelled overseas since the age of 18 years or over, and
•the total time spent overseas added up to 12 months or more, and
•the time spent in any one country was more than 90 days, or
•you are requested to do so by the department.
这是官方网站的说明，，在海外待了12个月并且在一个国家有待90天以上，这样需要这些国家海外无犯罪记录。
照LZ所说，如果LZ是在拿到PR前在HK住过，而且申请PR时也提供了HK无犯罪记录的话，加上PR后LZ再也没有住过HK。这样的话，LZ应该是不用HK的无犯罪记录了。

我也听朋友说过从海外办HK police check满麻烦。我朋友那时是申请PR，已经有CO request HK police check了，她就去悉尼local的警察局打指纹然后再寄到HK，最后HK再把police check寄回澳洲（貌似是直接寄回移民局，我忘她怎么说的）。总之没过多久PR就下来了。
