The current surcharge rates are:<br />•Visa and MasterCard - 1.08%<br />•American Express and JCB - 1.99%<br />•Diners Club International - 2.91%<br />如果使用银行支票，收款人填写：the Department of Immigration and Border Protection可以吗？因为47PA表中有If paying by bank cheque or money order please make payable to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.<br />请最近使用了信用卡的，或者银行支票支付父母移民申请费的同学分享细节。<br />谢谢！
