即使担保也没有问题。需要做的是：
1、你要做无犯罪证明，以申请wwc（work with children），成为监护人；
2、担保相关的：提供居住证明；收入证明；

First you need to go to a school web site, like Carlingford High school.
Download application form, then go to DET web site, ask them send you several other forms, submit the application form, and a fee of $300.
If need a guadian, you need certified copy of guardianship order from court or from a legal service company.
Select several high school while making High School applications.
If accepted by a school, you pay the full school year tuition fee. Get the receipt, send to immigartion authority, get a student visa.
