据我的理解，这个问题是说，
你跟你老婆是不是有血缘关系，
或是你们俩的父母之间结婚，使得你们成了法律上的亲属，
再或者是你俩其中一个是被对方父母收养的，使得你俩在法律定义上是亲属。

这里写的marriage是指你和配偶是否在结婚前就存在某种程度的继亲姻亲关系
查到爱尔兰婚姻规定里说到，not be related by marriage to a degree才能合法结婚
