It is being declined.<br /> <br />Until we are able to take payment for this application we are unable to progress the application any further.<br /> <br /> <br />If you could assist with this enquiry and let us know what is happening it would be appreciated<br /><br />想问，用信用卡缴款必须是里面有足够的余额是么?<br />我回信说可能是余额不足，已经存钱了，可以扣了。<br />但是很担心啊，因为递交的很急，当时什么资料证件都没有，打印出来申请表填了填就交上了。<br />这样子即使扣了，也是通不过的吧？他之后还会允许我补充所有的资料么？作者: 飞翔4700 时间: 2015-6-16 19:19

一般信用卡有个额度，你可以问问你银行或者上网看看
