Call the bank to suspend the credit card first. This will be the quickest way to prevent fee from being deducted. Your money will not be refunded if you choose to withdraw after application fee is paid. To be more prudent, you should also write to them indicating that you want to withdraw. Check 143 visa section on IMMI website and you will find how to contact.
