标题: 去年申请的配偶签证，现在来信了，是要补材料的意思吗这个 [打印本页] 作者: tuoeroo 时间: 2014-8-8 06:13 标题: 去年申请的配偶签证，现在来信了，是要补材料的意思吗这个 <br /><br /><br />更新一下<br /><br /><br />移民局给我打电话了，听到电话那边变翻着资料边和我说话，问我无犯罪记录递交了吗<br />我说递交了，两份，一份是中国的，一份是澳洲的<br />她那边不紧不慢的说，我怎么没看见呢。<br />我说我去年八月份递交的时候一起在信封里的，是不是一年过了，要再做一次police check？<br />她说做了就不用了，我再找找看，然后就是翻翻翻的声音。<br /><br />然后我又问她说在给我的信上的Request Detail，是我的材料有什么问题吗？<br />她说没问题，今天就会给我下签会给我发信。<br /><br />总体感觉就是她也就是在给我打电话的前后五分钟审理完了我的材料。。<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />========================================================================================<br />去年八月申请的配偶签证，现在才来信，这是要补材料的意思吗？<br /><br />拜托各位帮忙看看啊，有经验的请分享一下啊 谢谢大家了<br /><br />以下是信的全文，还附带了IMMI Request Checklist and Details，IMMI Request for More Information 这两个文件。<br /><br />Please see the attached information.<br /><br />We prefer contact with this office concerning your application to be by email. Country-specific instructions on how to obtain a police clearance are<br />at<br />www.immi.gov.au/Help/Pages/character-police/requirements.aspx.<br />Providing documents<br />Do not send us original documents unless we ask you for them. If you send copies of your<br />documents, ensure that they are certified copies.<br />If you provide us with fraudulent documents or claims, this may result in processing delays<br />and possibly your application being refused.<br />Translating your documents<br />Documents in languages other than English should be accompanied by an English translation.<br />The English translations must be official certified translations from a National Accreditation<br />Authority for Translators and Interpreters accredited translator. 是不是我只要补无犯罪记录证明就好了？后面第二项是说不要original documents，可我没发过什么original documents啊。
还有第三项Translating your documents和第四项Certified copies，说的也太泛了吧，没有具体说我那份文件有问题，也没有具体说我要补充哪份文件啊，好迷惑啊作者: ?作门?徒_与★主 时间: 2014-8-9 16:27

这种有时效性的文件都不用一开始就给。最开始只要把主申请表填了，上传一些passport、账单之类的公证件，把费用付了就行了
