国内朋友需要认证材料，急问澳外交贸易部在哪？，打算明天去，可是澳外交贸易部在哪？<br />我知道要先认证，才能到墨尔本领事馆申请，<br />多谢！

thank you very much,
been there today, terrible traffic, spend whole morning stuck in traffic, when I got back to Chinese consulate, they already closed at 12 noon,missed. need to go another day again,
it is sooo hard to do this kind of thing .
