143要求补国内段的无犯罪,并且发过来好多信息,这个是什么意思啊,到底什么要求?<br /><br />Police check<br /><br />Expanded China, People’s Republic Of<br />China, People’s Republic Of<br /><br />Street address<br /><br />CHINA, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF<br /><br />Additional information<br /><br />Relevant document: ‘Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions’.<br />You  must apply in person at the Notary Public Office in the province/city/district of your previous residence in China.<br />You must first obtain the ‘No Criminal Convictions Certificate’ from your local police station and provide this to the Notary Public Office to apply for the ‘Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions’.<br />Applications by post will not be accepted.<br />Citizens: Provide the following documents to the Notary Public Office:<br /><br />original ‘No Criminal Convictions’ certificate from your local police station<br />your ID card<br />original Permanent Residence Registration  booklet, and<br />an authorisation letter .<br />You must apply with the following documents to obtain the ‘No Criminal Convictions’ certificate from your local police station:<br /><br />original ID card<br />original file card, and<br />an authorisation letter .<br />The police station may request a statement from your employer or, in the case of no employment, a letter from the residential committee.<br />Non-citizens: Provide the following documents to the Notary Public Office:<br /><br />original passport <br />original Police Clearance certificate from your local police station, , and<br />an authorisation letter .<br />You must provide the following documents to obtain the Police Clearance certificate from the Local Police Station or Public Security Bureau :<br /><br />your original passport  – including both the current passport and any old passports in which the Chinese visa was attached<br />a letter from the work unit or university/school where you worked or studied while in China, and<br />an authorisation letter .<br />The PSB will only issue Police Clearance certificates to applicants with Z , X  and J1  visa classes. Holders of other classes of visa will need to enquire directly to the PSB for local procedures to obtain police clearance certificates.<br />Fee: payable.<br />Note 1: application procedures may differ slightly between different provinces, districts or cities. You are encouraged to confirm the procedure directly with the local PSB and/or Public Notary Office.<br />Note 2: you should obtain a notarised translation of the certificate and provide both the original and notarised translation of the ‘No Criminal Convictions Certificate’ to the Department office processing the application.
