标题: 必须要等600签证过期后，BVA才生效吗？ [打印本页] 作者: 校友淘 时间: 2015-4-28 22:48 标题: 必须要等600签证过期后，BVA才生效吗？ 持600签证（一年有效，每次最多停留3个月，无8503）。入境20天后申请804初审合格自动获得BVA。<br /><br />根据immi网站BVA信息：<br />A BVA allows you to remain lawfully in Australia until a decision is made on your substantive visa application.<br /><br />If you still hold a current substantive visa when your BVA is granted, you must continue to comply with any conditions that are on that substantive visa.
