标题: 急盼答复：领取失业金的子女能Sponsor付费的父母移民吗（143）？ [打印本页] 作者: 上犹生活网 时间: 2014-12-19 00:09 标题: 急盼答复：领取失业金的子女能Sponsor付费的父母移民吗（143）？ <br />我好友单身，有一小孩刚满8岁，正在领取centrelink Newstart Allowance。她的父刚刚去世，剩母亲一人在国内。母亲想来澳投靠唯一的女儿，急需给母亲办理143。女儿在澳洲有房产，母亲如果卖掉国内的房子来投奔女儿，大约有近一百万澳币的现金，足够母亲今后在澳的生活费。问题是好友目前在领补贴（newstart allowance)是否可以做Sponsor来申请母亲的143？（已经找到好友可以做AOS）<br /><br />看到Form 40上面写到:<br /><br />Sponsors of applicants for permanent visas are obliged to assist the applicant with accommodation and financial assistance as the Australian community has a general expectation that non-citizens should not become a burden on the wider community.
