老公是cash工&nbsp; &nbsp;今年才开始报税的&nbsp; &nbsp; 报2014的&nbsp; &nbsp;<br /><br />我是快要生产了&nbsp;&nbsp;他是打算请假照顾段时间&nbsp; &nbsp;看到说政府有dad parental leave 这个福利&nbsp;&nbsp;请问他可以去申请吗<br /><br />如果可以&nbsp;&nbsp;需要提供什么证明吗&nbsp; &nbsp; 除了网上申请&nbsp;&nbsp;直接去到centrelink他们可以办理吗<br /><br />有木有人知道啊&nbsp; &nbsp;撒分撒分

工作时间要超过12个月,也就是说,从他开始报税,到你生产,要已经工作了12个月,不报税的不能算。

在拿钱之前的过去十三个月里要十个月有在工作,在那十个月中只需要做足330个小时,最长的两个工作日间距不超过8周就可以拿钱。看你怀孕的月份很可能能拿到,不过也就两周而已。

想知道更具体的 google Dad and Partner Pay。

那请问老公是cash&nbsp;&nbsp;怎么证明10个月在工作&nbsp;&nbsp;还要做足330小时&nbsp;&nbsp;还是他报税了就行了?
2周也是一点补贴&nbsp;&nbsp;本身就不够多

你的这个问题的最好答案就是上centrelink 网上填下申请表就什么都清楚了。不过要等到孩子出生前三个月才可以申。

如果爸爸的公司有两周带薪的personal leave,还能不能再请两周不带薪假然后问Centrelink claim?那样爸爸总共就有四周的带薪假?为表诚意,我先送分分给你哈

meet the work test, which requires you to have worked for:
at least 10 of the 13 months before the date your Dad and Partner Pay period starts, and
at least 330 hours in that 10 month period, - which is just over a day a week, with no continuous gap of longer than 8 weeks between 2 working days, and

Centrelink 网上的话:

Unpaid parental leave entitlements while receiving Dad and Partner Pay
Dad and Partner Pay does not change your workplace leave entitlements.

Eligibility

A person may be eligible for a maximum period of two
weeks Dad and Partner Pay if they:
– are caring for a child born or adopted from 1 January 2013
– meet the Paid Parental Leave residency requirements
– meet the Paid Parental Leave work test and income test
before the start of their Dad and Partner Pay period, and
– are on unpaid leave or not working during their Dad and
Partner Pay period.

应该只要是unpaid leave 就可以。

不过小心点还是发个邮件到Centrelink问下吧。

Parental Leave Pay's effect on existing leave entitlements
The scheme does not change any of your employee’s existing leave entitlements. Your employee’s Parental Leave Pay or Dad and Partner Pay is in addition to their employer-provided leave entitlements.

Your employee can take Parental Leave Pay before, after or at the same time as any type of paid or unpaid leave, but it must be taken in a continuous block and after the child has entered their care. For example, in the 18 week period from the date of birth, they could take 6 weeks of paid maternity leave, then 4 weeks of annual leave and then 8 weeks of unpaid parental leave, all while receiving Parental Leave Pay.
