最近在查询和父母移民相关的资料，突然有一个有趣疑问<br />

众所周知，担保人的居住时间要求为在澳洲至少2年以上（见form40 Under policy, a reasonable period for sponsors to be settled in<br />
Australia is usually 2 years)<br />

同时，我注意到了，担保人（注意：不是经济担保人）可以是子女或者子女的配偶<br />
<br />

那么这个意思是子女可以不用住满2年，只要子女的配偶住满2年就可以申请父母移民了？<br />
<br />
举个例子：<br />
小王是澳洲pr并且在澳洲住满4年了，他跟他老婆结婚已超过5年了，那上个月帮他老婆申请到了100签证，<br />
<br />
那么小王老婆现在就可以申请小王老婆的父母移民了？<br />
