打算帮父母申请103类签证，对于我的申请资格是要求持有PR两年以上，还是只要在澳洲居住满两年就可以？<br />
官方网站原话如下“This means your child must have been lawfully resident in Australia for a reasonable period, normally two years, although a shorter period can be considered for Australian citizen children if there are compelling and compassionate circumstances.”我认为没有强调必须持有PR两年以上，现在有点困惑，怕万一递交申请却不符合条件。希望有知道的高人指点一下，非常感谢！
