其实一直就关注着移民的事情,很惭愧自己一直拖阿拖，不行动。结果现在可能只能属于新政后的小白鼠了。<br />

自己的专业在VIC的176列表中，对英语的要求也只要4个6，于是把VIC作为首选了。今天很认真的在研究VIC的官网，发现自己一直想知道的一个问题：是否可以霸王申请VIC？<br />

Is an IELTS assessment required as part of the sponsorship application?<br />
Passport holders and citizens of the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, United States of America, or the Republic of Ireland are exempt from providing an IELTS test score for the purpose of Victorian Government sponsorship. All other applicants must provide a copy of their IELTS assessment at the time of application. The General or Academic result will be accepted however the score required is the same for each. <br />
Note that certain occupations require a higher standard of English for the purpose of state sponsorship; check the Victorian Sponsorship Occupation List for details. The Victorian Government does not participate in the English language concession.<br />

Can I lodge my sponsorship application without my skill assessment?<br />
We do not require a skill assessment at the time of lodgement and will advise you if and when it is required. If you have already obtained a skill assessment then you may attach this to your application.<br />
应该是说在提出申请的时候不需要职业评估结果，在必要是才需要提供。当然如果已经有了评估结果，可以附上。<br />

我曾经想尝试先申请SMP和VET同时进行，但是看了下面这个问题以后，感觉就VET的速度，还是先提交VET一段时间后再申请VIC比较合适。<br />
How long is sponsorship valid for?<br />
If your sponsorship application is successful you will have four months in which to provide us with your DIAC visa application reference number and confirm you wish to accept state sponsorship.<br />
这应该是表示VIC担保批准下来以后，必须4个月之内提供DIAC申请号。这个还需要考量，因为DIAC申请时，应该是一定要职业评估结果了吧？<br />
那如果VET在这期间还没有结果，DIC的批准就会过期了哦。所以我感觉最好是提交VET之后,专心考雅思，得到雅思成绩以后，这样可能会耗费1-2个月的时间，然后再提交VIC的申请。<br />
不知道这样的时间安排是否是比较合理且省时的。请各位达人指正。
