申请475评估如何付款呢？<br />
我有信用卡，可官方资料说是要寄cheque，不能用银行电汇吗？

Yep, u can apply the two regions in the same time, but u have to decline one of them if u r successful for two.

The methods of payment r listed on the website, and just follow them.

是给州政府付款来评估是否给担保，申请表上并没有填写信用卡信息的地方
