The assessment process takes up to approximately four (4) weeks from the time of receipt of the application if no further information or clarification is required.
评估是一封信，看如何给你邮寄过去，如果是普通挂号信就时间长了。评估4周是建立在不需要你补材料的基础上。如果评估的职业不是你需要的职业那就很难说了。
2、州担保呢？说12周是指自收到起还是自发出那封邮件起？要是后者我就悲剧了。
这个问题等待回答，一般是指收到你的申请开始算。
3、最晚提交日是6月30日12点吗？还是需要打出一定提前量？
最后时刻理论上是可行的，不过记住澳洲比国内早2个小时。
4、如果预计州担保问题不大，能提前提交吗？
不能提前递交申请。
5、在线提交的话，各类证明要扫瞄原件还是Certified复印件？英文翻译件呢？
所有上传文件只能是英文件或者公证那种，并用彩色扫描。
6、咨询过澳洲使馆提供certify copy的服务，那么还需要公证吗？
有5了，就不需要这个的。
7、最后，清华认证是什么？
如果你需要中文授课那5分的话， 可以做清华认证证明采用中文授课。
My name is XXXX from China Beijing. I have submitted my application of the professional skills assessment to AIM and received your confirmation on May 9th. My reference number is 2011/203-May/jk. As you mentioned in your confirmation, this assessment will take up to 4 weeks before the result comes. Now I am working hard to try to lodge my visa application before July 1st when possiblely the new points system starts working.
