On 19 July 2011 the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship announced the inclusion of Perth in the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS). The minister also agreed to include Perth as a regional area for family sponsored applications through the regional General Skilled Migration (GSM) programs.<br />
<br />
In summary, Perth is now classified as a regional area for the following migration programs: <br />
Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 119 / 857); <br />
Skilled –– Regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa (subclass 475); <br />
Skilled –– Regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa (subclass 487); and <br />
Skilled –– Regional (Residence) visa (subclass 887). <br />

我们研究的结果是：这上面提到的475是亲属担保的，而非州政府担保。所以，还得等。

Great news i got confirmation in writing from Immi today that we can now live anywhere including Perth. Whooo Hoooo! We are on a 475 state sponsored visa. Probably still live in Mandurah but it opens up so many more work opportunities.

475偏远地区担保的网申里面，可选的偏远地区preference里还没有perth...

Applicants who are successful in gaining a State Sponsored visa for the Skilled regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa (Subclass 475 or 487) are still required to live and work in a regional area of Western Australia outside of Perth.
