标题: 已发邮件给sa询问-更新sa回复的消息

我已经发邮件给SA询问如下问题: 
 
1. 新政的语言要求是否影响新政出台之前提交申请的人; 
2. 旧系统下不能在track progress,我们要怎么跟踪信息, 是否需要重新提交? 如果是, 那处理时时间优先级怎么算? 
3. 如果处理期间雅思成绩等个人情况有变化,如何更新个人信息? 
 
等等看SA怎么回复吧.如果大家有类似的问题,请关注,有结果我第一时间汇报给大家. 
看之前的帖子有童鞋说也要去问,不知道有没有回复,如果有,请更新下消息哈!

Immigration SA is currently processing applications received from 2 July 2012.

Please note: Immigration SA will only be able to nominate a limited number of state nomination applicants in July 2012. This is due to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) setting a limit on the number of state nominations available during the first month of 'SkillSelect'.

还没有收到SA的回信，但是在帖子里看到大家的更新的消息，我询问的1、2问题也基本回答了。
似乎：
1   语言新政不影响7.16号以前提交的人；（但是个人比较怀疑是SA的搪塞或忽悠）

2   7.16号前提交了信息，不用重新提交。系统不能track的问题，SA已经得知，正在处理；

3  关于旧系统里提交后个人信息更新问题，继续等待答复......

唉，任重道远....

终于得到SA的回复了.关于问题1,2论坛里大家都有答案了. 7.13号以前的雅思按旧政策算. 原话"If the occupational IELTS requirement for your occupation at time of your on-line submission was 6 in each band when you submitted your on-line application, this is the requirement that will be applicable to your application."
关于第三个问题,他没有明确说,只是说:"As the documentation for your application has been received and registered, Immigration SA does not accept any documentation that is sent separately".我理解应该是不可以更新,要更新就得重新提交申请.这个没有EOI人性化.

SA的回复没有错，使得大家没有机会去抱怨投诉他们；但是究竟怎样放州担保，他们想放给谁，这个就是SA内部说的算了。。。。。让我们看8月1日开始，SA的发放进度。。。。。。顶！
