什么叫subject to occupation ceilings?就是说，受配额限制的约束。既然有配额限制，除非申请人数少于配额，那么皆大欢喜，如果申请人数多于配额，那么就是从高到低排名。
在哪啊？里面唯一设计的就是meet the passmark
还是你怎么解读出的190也会按分数排序呢？
