在WA外申请要小心啊，我之前有发过邮件确认的：
Dear Officer:
In the State Sponsorship Criteria, I found the addtional requirements indicating that:
The one who "Live outside Western Australia in another Australian State or Territory" need "Have an offer of employment for 12 months in Western Australia in nominated or closely related occupation"
As I am currently living in South Australia, Is that essential I need to move to Western Australia before apply for the 190 visa?

Hello,
I can confirm that you may apply from outside of WA but the requirement is that you first have an offer of employment for 12 months.
