标题: 配偶加分的提名职业

关于配偶加分的要求里有这样一条： 
nominate an occupation on the same SOL as the primary applicant, and be assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for the occupation 
 
这里的the same SOL到底该怎么解读？什么样算the same？ 
 
如果主申的职业在Sol-Schedule 1&2上（走的176州担保，但实际在Schedule 1上），副申的职业也在Sol-Schedule 1&2上（但实际在Schedule 2上），算不算on the same SOL？ 
 
再有， 
如果主申的职业在Sol-Schedule 1上（没走州担保，175），副申的职业在Sol-Schedule 1&2上（州担保的那个，实际在Schedule 2上），算不算on the same SOL？

貌似第一种情况应该是可行的。第二种不行，得都在Sch1上面才行。Sch1是针对175的。

我的情况是这样的：
1. 主申请的职业只在schedule2里面，拿到176也还差5分，想通过配偶加分来实现
而副申请的职业（software engineer）在schedule1和schedule2里面，副申请拿到ACS和雅思6.0是不是就可以给配偶加分了。

2. 为什么software engineer在sol schedule 1和2里面都有，有啥区别啊

这种情况应该是可以的，因为都在Sch2里面。
