Within 5 weeks of lodgement.这个是说提交sponsership之后要等5周才能拿到州担保是否成功的结果吗？

移民局网站下面有这么一句 不知道是不是包括189.

Subsequent entrant applications

All subsequent entrant applications lodged before 14 January 2013 have been allocated to a case officer.
