根据ACS的变化，经验被扣了2年，但是扣的部分是我本科毕业以前的部分，也就是从我工作第一天开始扣的。这个情况比我想象的要好一点，我担心ACS会从本科毕业时间以后2年开始扣，毕业之前的不算。<br />

所以根据这个结果，能够得出一个结论：<br />
<br />
就是ACS会计算你所有的工作经验，然后如果你是DEGREE in ICT MAJOR，就全体经验-2。没有更复杂的计算逻辑。对于DIAC要求ACS这么做，是为了什么，还是个问题。但至少我个人感觉ACS本身没有要扣的主观意愿。只是根据DIAC要求，在原来的模板上，加了一句话。<br />

PS:我是英语统招2年专科，专科毕业后就工作了，本科是在职成人继续教育（远程）计算机科学与技术，工学学位。<br />

根据这个回复，我的个人理解是：应该不扣2年，只是对于我目前的情况，需要2年才能过ACS，我的工作经验到2007年11月就已经可以过ACS了。过了ACS了，才能去申请DIAC。<br />
