Topic:
International tourism has become a huge industry in the world. Are the problems that international travellers cause greater than the advantages they bring?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My essay:
It is not uncommon that in each country appear a vast number of foreign tourists. Sine the tourism is so bloomy, both society and environment have been more or less affected. In this essay, I will explore the answer to the question whether or not the benefits brought with the foreigners overcome the troubles coming out with the foreigners.

Those who benefit from the international travelling insist that some new features are brought by the foreign tourists into their traditional daily life. The foreign tourists bring with a huge amount of money. This money is invested in the development of the visited country. It offers the local people with new hospitals and schools. Also advanced technology imported by the foreign tourists boosts the progress of local science and economy. For it provide a great deal of save-time and save-labour equipment. Also new social value, e.g. human rights, general election and equality of men and women, is widely accepted by all classes in the society. Universal values give wellbeing and freedom to the people living in the country. In fact, the international communications have bridged the deep gap between different countries, making the world more peaceful and bloomy than before.

In contrast, people sticking with their traditional faith think that the local cultures are being gradually eroded by the foreign ones. There appears new social problems that have never appeared before. The youths do not obey their parents as before, and also chose to leave their families and live alone. More and more people run for the material wealth, getting rid of traditional moral value. Environment becomes a more mentioned topic than before. Some forests and lakes are fading away, with too many foreign tourists visitting. And some deserts are expanding also for the same reason, at the same time.

Over all, since we live in a time when international communications are fairly frequent and significant, we must accept both the times and the international communications. But we also need to preserve our own traditional cultures. It is traditional cultures that make a country country. However the international communications make the world a village. It is obvious that the benefits brought with the foreigners overcome the following troubles.
