具体指的是什么？具备什么资格才能拿到这5分呢？

读完professional year 才会有这个五分，这个是给境内学生的，如果在境外申请，是用不上的，条件是你现有485，然后才能读这个

这个是给固定专业毕业的onshore的学生读的，offshore的人不行的。

指在澳境内者在申请前48个月内完成了被移民部长认可的如下各机构提供的"职业年课程(Professional Year course)"的至少一年学习(点括号内链接可跳到各课程具体网络地址):
