<br />
为确保雅思考试的公正性和安全性，雅思考试主办方一直奉行严格的质量监控标准，在全球范围内定期核查雅思考生的成绩。<strong>由于此次考试的成绩核查仍在进行中，很遗憾您的成绩单不能如期发放， 具体发放时间我们会另行通知</strong>。 <br />

我们将会采取以下措施来协助受影响的考生：<br />
<br />
为有需要的考生修改成绩单寄送地址，请您提供书面申请和身份证件扫描件；<br />
为有需要的考生出具官方证明，用于协助考生向学校/使馆等机构解释情况；<br />
成绩单发放2周内，为受影响的考生提供5份免加急费的额外成绩单寄送加急服务；<strong><br />
成绩复议的申请截止时间顺延至成绩发布后的4周内</strong>。<br />

Dear candidate,<br />

We refer to your IELTS test of 15March, 2014.<br />
<br />
Quality control procedures are in place to protect the integrity and security of the IELTS test. As part of these procedures, test results are routinely analysed by the IELTS test Partners before they are issued to candidates. Your results are being withheld while these routine checks are being conducted. We will inform you the test results release date as soon as possible. <br />
<br />
Bearing in mind inconvenience this may cause you, we are offering the following exceptional services to affected candidates. <br />
<br />
· We will change your TRF mailing address upon your written request ( a scanned ID document will be needed as a supporting document)<br />
<br />
· Upon written request, we can provide you with a letter which can be sent to receiving organisations to confirm your results delay;<br />
<br />
· We will offer a free express service to issue additional test report forms (TRF), limited to 2 weeks after the original TRF is sent and for a maximum of 5 copies;<br />
<br />
· We will extend our Enquiry on Results (EOR) deadline to 4 weeks after the TRF issuance date.<br />
<br />
