6.8 online提交了ACS申请，今天收到回复了：<br />
This email is to advise you that we require further documentation in order to finalise your application. <br />
Please attach certified copies of your documents in PDF file format to this email. Attach each required document individually as a PDF file:<br />
As per the ACS guidelines all documentation is required to be certified prior to being attached to your online application. This requirement is also noted on the online application -<br />
“Attachments are required in PDF Format ONLY and must be certified copies of the original documents.”<br />
We will place your skills assessment on hold for an extra 30 days. If no contact has been received from you by the ACS after this period, we will proceed to assess your application according to the existing documentation. <br />
所以所有资料必须要公证了，省去了邮寄多了公证，还是好麻烦。<br />
另外最后一句话是不是说，就算我尽快补料了，他们还是要30天后才开始处理啊？还是make contact后认为资料ok了就继续处理？ 请补过料的同学指点。<br />
如果一定要等30天真应该先公证再提交的，后悔了。
并不是要证明或公证你的推荐信内容的真实性，而是要够资格的人证明扫描或复印件确实是原件的真实copy, 老外把这个叫certified copy， 有资格签字certified copy的人包括律师，法官，医生，牙医，议员，公证员等等；说白了就是要有资格的人在复印件上写上“this is the true copy of the original", 写上他的姓名，职业注册号（律师，医生，公证员等的职业注册号），签上他的大名。我觉得 "我们这儿" （张邵刚语）的公证处应当可以办，但没试验过。
ACS最新回复：
If you have provided a certified copy of your birth certificate then you won’t need to provide your passport as well as we only require one form of identification.
In regards to your qualification documents these will need to be certified by a notarial office.
护照不用公证如果已经提供了出生证明了的话，学历学校提供的不行，还是要公证处公证的才行！ 不过这个不是一定的，另外一个朋友说他的case是另外一个CO（Lisa），学校提供的成绩单英文可以用。我的CO（Rachal）回复不行！
推荐信是一定要公证的！
