请问律师除了签名之外，还要写些什么？<br />

To Whom it may concern:<br />
This is to confirm that this copy is the same as the original copy.<br />

Certified copies must clearly show the following information on each page of the document.
The words “Certified True Copy of the Original”
The original signature of the certifying person
The name, date & provider or registration number or designation

澳洲这里律师比较标准的写法如下：
I certify this to be a true copy of the document shown and reported to me as the original.
然后写名字，签字，然后要写职业律师的编码。这个譬如在澳洲的话我们会写：
Practising Solicitor (州名 编号）
在中国这个就不知道了。
