【ACS】ACS在5月新result格式变化以来 终于在昨天官网特意更新说明了这个变化：<br />

不过大意都在围绕ACS自己怎么定义skilled employment，说这个‘after Date'是满足了ACS对于Skilled employment的定义要求，只有该日期以后的工作经验才被认为是Skilled employment，ACS只字未提这个会如何影响你在EOI里面claim分数，也就是说DIAC对于工作经验分数在ACS新Result letter格式下 如何Claim态度 目前还是不明朗<br />

ACS Skill Assessment Result Letters<br />
<br />
All ACS Skill Assessment Result Letters report on a date (mm/yy) of when an applicant becomes ‘skilled’.<br />
This date will be when the applicant meets the ACS Requirements, these requirements are detailed in the Summary of Criteria<br />
Please note, only employment completed after the date the applicant has met the ACS requirements will be counted as skilled employment.<br />

个人分析：<br />
不少人联系ACS，ACS给他们答复说Result letter格式的变化 实际上是DIAC暗中让ACS做的，但是DIAC自己的官网却没有任何相关的政策变动和说明。<br />
估测，只是估测，仅供参考，比较有可能的是即将到来的7.1新政和配额，会稍微收紧IT的关口，DIAC只要稍微出台一下说只承认Skilled employment才能claim为工作经验分，那么结合ACS的新result letter，大却大部分的IT申请人至少会工作经验砍掉2年或者以上。 ACS的result letter对于DIAC来说只是一个意见，具体还是要看DIAC怎么弄，他们才是生死判官。<br />

<strong>观点1:</strong><br />
这次ACS 2013版内容除了排版有变化，最大的变化当数 EMPLOYMENT 这里，提到了一个新出来的文件 <br />

里面详细规定了ACS如何认定你算是达到了skilled level的所谓skilled employment<br />
<br />
对于这个pdf，举个例子：<br />

ACS的要求是 如果你是国内学历 你是ICT Major 你在紧密职业code相关工作2年 此时你算是达到了skilled level employment ACS会在result letter上这么写： 自此以后的工作经验时间才被认定为是到达了相应skilled level的employment时间，而且和提名职业相关。<br />

ACS result letter 原文：<br />
The following employment <strong>after XXXX 20XX</strong> （<-前面说的累积满2年的时间点）is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 263111 (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.<br />
<br />
(注：ACS的result letter格式也最近发生了变化，以前不是上面那样写的 以前同样的位置是写：Your work experience has been calculated as follows on the basis of full time employment of at least XXhrs per week)<br />
<br />
比如一个中国本科生 计算机科学与技术专业毕业 一毕业就进了软件公司做软件工程师 他工作了4年 那么ACS认为他的相关<strong>skilled level</strong>职业经验是2年<br />

此人得到的就是新版ACS result letter，上面写明了毕业2年以后的工作经验才算是skilled level employment.<br />

此人就此问题，问了ACS，得到的ACS官方回复如下：<br />
The date provided in your skill assessment result letter is the date you have met the ACS requirements.<br />

他提到了只有从你达到skilled level日期以后的工作经验时间你可以向DIAC做分数claim，但是具体请垂询DIAC<br />

<strong>观点2:</strong><br />
这次ACS的2013版guideline 解读其实很简单 政策和以前2012版相比 并无变化<br />
具体看最后的Version history就知道了：<br />
最新的更新仅仅是2个变化<br />
1）更新了些微软认证内容 2）排版变化<br />

这意味着新版2013 guideline并没有政策性的变化 因为以往有政策变化 他会在version history里面写出来的 比如20hr employment added之类<br />
这次最主要的是排版变化 最明显的是2013版只是直接把2012的7. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA 给做了个详细的pdf表格出来 <br />
注意这些都是老内容 老政策 没有新变化<br />

怪不得ACS要改版 因为他发现大家都不看2012版中得 7. ASSESSMENT CRITERIA<br />
关于传的沸沸扬扬的 砍2年的条款 根本不是什么新政策 在2012guideline早就有说明<br />

Also required is a minimum of two (2) years full time professional ICT skilled employment in a field closely related to the nominated occupation ANZSCO Code within the previous ten (10) years of the Skills Assessment or a minimum of 4 such years if completed earlier.<br />

研究了下，应该不减两年，静等后面ACS的结果，以及官方的答复，有人要去问。

当成雅思阅读理解把玩了几遍，觉得3+的肯定没戏了。。
This occupation has a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification.
At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

所以关键还不是要分开看你两个3ys10ms和5ys5ms的工作实际年限，而且你连个年限都是对的。如果真减2年，你第一份工作应该就是1ys10ms
