最近正在准备ACS评估，看了一下官方提供的模板Skilled-Employment-Reference-Example.pdf，写了一封推荐信，不知道是否可以，个人感觉有点笼统。<br />
因为我在Skills-Assement-Guidelines-for-Applicants.pdf里面看到下面两条：<br />
1、At least 65% of the duties noted in the employment reference must be closely related to the nominated occupation (ANZSCO) for work experience to be suitable.<br />
2、References need to describe your duties and responsibilities as stated by your employer. Generic job descriptions are not acceptable and will be assessed as not suitable.<br />

This is to certify that Mr XX was an employee of Company XX and was employed from September 1, 2007 until March 21, 2013.<br />

Mr XX was employed on a full time (40 hours per week) basis as a Software Engineer. His duties and responsibilities included the following:<br />

1. Maintains existing code, including bug fixes and software feature requests<br />
2. Reviews Request Tracker software queue on a regular basis for assigned tasks, making sure due diligence is asserted in completing each request throughout its lifecycle up to and including deployment<br />
3. Actively engages in the code review process to improve the code quality of the Software Engineering Unit members<br />
4. Follows configurations management practises, proper code packaging including producing relevant documentation when releasing software.<br />
5. Manages code check in/check out/merging/branching according to software unit practises<br />
6. Ensures communications are clear, regular and consistent across all activities including documenting, when required.<br />
7. Undertakes activities that involve working on all phases of the software development cycle (Requirements, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation & Maintenance)<br />
8. Implements software according to design specifications in accordance with the established software development process.<br />
9. Follows software development processes and holds others within the organisation accountable to follow that process<br />
10.Assists in producing project plans and completes allocated works to agreed time lines<br />
11.Meets with end users and contributes to user requirements gathering<br />
12.Designs appropriate software to meet user requirements<br />
