碰巧我也在写CDR 不知道楼主看EA的migration skills assessment booklet的附录里面,有对每一条的详细解释。参见migration skills assessment booklet里面的APPENDIX Detailed Description of Competency Elements for each Occupational Category
PE1.5 Knowledge of contextual factors impacting the engineering discipline 个人理解为:社会、环境,以及外界因素对工程师的工作的影响。 比如我是做水利水电的,那么建水库的时候要考虑淹没、环保、移民的影响。 比如水库水位太高,淹没太大了,那么定方案的时候就要把水位降一点啊。
