As of Wednesday 15th January 2014 with the introduction of new guidelines/criteria applicants can no longer apply for a Revalidation application to renew an assessment.
Instead applicants will need to lodge a new application online through linking to an earlier application using the previous reference number and password.

PhD Graduates 6.0 in each band PhD graduates who have completed a doctorate (from an Australian educational institution or other doctorate from an international institution, of a recognised standard as assessed by the relevant skill assessing authority) in a specialist field relating to an occupation on this, the State Nomination Occupation List for Victoria, within the past five years. PhD graduates are not required to meet any work experience requirements specified for their nominated occupation.

Note that applicants applying under the PhD cohort may only apply once they have completed their PhD. Applicants must be able to provide an electronic copy of the completion letter. A notice of submission will not be sufficient for nomination purposes.
