因为按照一楼的例1，<br>
1）申请人首先通过Naati的翻译评估，假设通过<br>
2）向Dimmi提出申请，Nominated occupation是翻译（在Skilled Occupation List(SOL)里是60分的职业）。而申请人的工作经历是人事经理（在SOL里是50分的职业）。根据Booket6里Part 3: Points test and self-assessment，points for Specific work experience规定——If your nominated occupation is worth 40, 50 or 60 points under Skill, and you have worked in skilled employment (any occupations listed on the Skilled Occupation List, see form 1121i) for at least 3 of the 4 years immediately before you apply。申请人可以得到5分。<br>

就是说，申请人从事的工作可以与提名的职业不相符，但申请人所从事的工作必须在Skilled Occupation List规定的职业范围内。那么，specific work experience项，申请人可以获得5分。<br>

Currently (for applications received before the 31st of December, 2009), VETASSESS Qualifications Assessment will assess only the LEVEL of qualification, therefore as long as it meets the requirements (see below) it can potentially be assessed as Positive.
In order to receive a positive assessment for an Associate Professional occupation (40 points), you will need to hold the equivalent of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Diploma (or higher). In order to receive a positive assessment for a Managerial Administrative or Professional occupation (50 points), you will need to hold the equivalent of an AQF Bachelor degree (or higher).
If you apply after the 1st of January 2010, your case will be assessed under the new guidelines. From 2010, in order to receive a positive assessment, you will need:
• to hold a qualification which is assessed at the required educational level in a highly relevant field of study to the nominated occupation
and
• at least one year of relevant employment for all occupations. For some occupations, either one or two additional years of employment is required if the qualification/s has a shortfall in content relevance.

境内技术移民签证申请
主要牵涉到的境内技术移民签证包括885、886、487类。
目前移民局只要求885/886/487的签证申请者在递交签证申请时已经申请了职业认证（即拿到评估机构的确认函,例如reference no, file no, and contact id,无需等到评估结果通过），而不像海外申请者必须要拿到评估结果才能递交签证申请。评估结果可以等到通过后补交给移民局。
2010年1月1日起，移民局要求885/886/487的签证申请者必须在完成职业认证后，才能递交签证申请。
