我刚刚再仔细研究了下，如果提名不紧密，应该会说明的，参考Understanding-the-ACS-Result-Letter-2014。
Work experience assessed as unsuitable will be listed in Section 5 and will state the reason not considered as skilled employment.
Common scenarios for unsuitable work experience:
The employment period is concurrent with another employment period. Only one period of employment can be accepted at any one time. (Concurrent Employment)
Based on the information provided in the documentation, the duties have been assessed as not closely related to the nominated occupation. This means less than 65% of the duties are not relevant to the nominated occupation. (Not Closely Related to the Nominated ANZSCO)
The employment documentation is insufficient and does not meet the ACS requirements as per the Skills Assessment Guidelines. (Not Assessable due to Insufficient Documentation)
所以，我猜也许不是提名不紧密的关系？刚写了信去问了，因为扣法不搞明白，正好错过8年+的加分，所以想问清楚。努力了不行，就只有一条路雅思4个7了，哈哈！

大家有看Summary-of-Criteria-2014？？
“Bachelor degree or higher/ICT Major/Closely related to the nominated occupation/2 years relevant work experience completed in the last 10 years or 4 years relevant work experience completed any time in past work history.”
就算紧密相关，扣2年或者扣4年（超过10年，我猜），我总工作经验正好10年多一点点，扣4年亏了点，还不如正好满10年扣2年呢，就有8年了。
