因为我是4月底提交的ACS认证、所以五月新政减两年的说法几乎让我绝望，所以我仔细阅读了所有相关的帖子<br />
我的结论如下供大家参考：<br />

DIAC没有说明的情况下，工作经验应该还是按照原来的方法计算。（7月1日之后不一定，可能ACS在先行准备）<br />

ACS的回复：<br />
This is the date in which you have been deemed to reach the appropriate skilled level for your nominated occupation.<br />
After this date you may be able to claim points for your experience with the Department of Immigration – please contact them for further information.<br />
尤其是第二句话，我觉得他的意思是这一天以后，你可以开始向DIAC申请了，不是这一天以后才达到了你的工作经验级别。<br />

原因（都是引用各高手各前辈的话）：<br />
1、ACS的这次更新，version记录并没有说有这个变化，也就是说这一说法是以前的版本就有的，只是现在特别提出了skilled employment的这个说法<br />
2、对于那个新的表格：http://www.acs.org.au/__data/ass ... ary-of-Criteria.pdf，<br />
如果对于一个无学历需要写RPL的人来说，8年的经验就等同于0年，显然是很不合适的。---而理解成你必须干满8年后才能申请，就比较合理了。<br />
前一种理解的话，我认为ACS必须出一段话或者一个表格来说明这个工作经验计算方式才对。<br />
3、在DIAC或者ACS都没有重大宣布政策改变的情况下，很多专业还有较多IT名额的情况下，这样改变似乎不合常理。但是得密切关注今年7月1日的变化。<br />

总结：<br />
我觉得不用灰心，如果DIAC真的扣年份的话也要据理力争<br />
从几个ACS的回复来看，你要是理解skill employment之后才算经验也行，理解算这是一个满足的点也行，他们都选择了规避这个敏感的问题（也许他们也没想清楚？）<br />

但从ACS的回复看“After this date you may be able to claim points for your experience with the Department of Immigration”，这句话说的很奇葩，在该日期后，可以申报经验分数。那就应该是不扣。但是从手册看，是要扣的。这就拧巴了。
我感觉现在有2个途径可以进一步了解一下这个问题，
1.我们发信给DIAC，问问他们几个意思。
2.我们直接问ACS，HOW MANY YEARS SHOULD I CLAIM TO DIAC FOR MY EXPERENCES ACCORDING TO YOUR RESULT?（我们就要一个数，别的不要。建议大家一起发信问。）

It is still up to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship as to how they award points based on experience and you will need to direct your question to them.
但是DIAC可能有自己的决定权。。
我看见阿三论坛里有人问了DIAC，具体回复是
I called DIAC and I am getting mixed opinions. DIAC said if they only gave you four years perhaps you should only claim points for those 4 years, however if you can prove the experience of 6 years you can claim the points for 6.
I am just so confused. So for who have this same problem and launched the EOI have you claimed for the whole experience or the years ACS said your a eligible.
看来DIAC也有点混乱，希望大家一切顺利。
