Mr. ****** was employed on a Full Time basis as a Software Engineer.<br />

Duties / Responsibilities / Activities<br />
•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Researching, analysing and evaluating system program needs.<br />
•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for design, develop and maintenance.<br />
•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work with other team members via code review and standard software development practices.<br />
•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Writing, updating and maintaining technical documentation.<br />

Working relationship: 简述了一下一起进入公司，然后一起培训参加项目的经历。提了下我比同事先离开公司。<br />

基本上是抄的Employment Reference的内容了，并对比了statutory declaration的要求加入了Working relationship。<br />

这个没必要做statutory declaration吧？

主要是因为公司已经不存在了吗。这样没有Guidelines中提到的有公司抬头的纸了。所以还是还是按照他们要求的去公证一下了。

search 一下，stationary declaration 有统一格式。
公司存在与否CO不会去调查，如果有行中奖贝雕，会联系推荐人。记住，只要材料真，CO所作的决定都是有根据的-ACT 1945.

那能给share下这个stationary declaration 统一格式的连接吗？
是在“Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants”中提到的“example of a Statutory Declaration”吗？
