Confirmed Appointments (no leads that you have to manage!) in the later stages of buyer readiness resulting in significantly higher conversion rates.
Internal Administration and loan processing support at NO COST to Brokers
NO start up costs (induction and operational charges at company expense to successful applicants)
Highly competitive commission arrangements on both Aus Mortgage referred clients and own business.

This is a great opportunityto utilize your mortgage knowledge and skills, with a real chance to progressyour career and become a broker. Company based in Sydney is in search of Brokerto join our expanding team initially in a temporary capacity but with realopportunities to move into a permanent role. In this Broker role, you will takeresponsibility of liaising with key stakeholders including lenders, solicitorsand customers. You will also verify the applicant’s personal and financialinformation and lodge the application. To be considered for this role, you mustexhibit great customer service and strong communication skills. You will haveprevious experience in a similar role in a broking environment preferred.
